RDL apartments feature on-site laundry facilities, which can be used by all residents. Additionally, many apartments are equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers. Every development also has shared areas, such as lounges and gardens, so residents can socialise with their neighbours. These communal areas are maintained through the annual service charge.
