Every RDL apartment is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is ready for the buyer to move in. There are communal areas which encourage residents to socialise with their neighbours, but every apartment is completely separate. This provides the perfect balance of privacy and community. An annual service fee covers maintenance costs, most utility bills, cleaning of communal areas, refuse collection and grounds maintenance (see Maintenance under Information Point for further details).
